Helping to conduct the business performance management process
Responsibilities:
Tracking organization’s OKRs
Preliminary review and analysis the data of teams’ performance
Minimizing deviations from the planned targets by implementing the revision process
Calculating performance bonuses based on OKRs and KPIs progress of teams, helping the alignment process and implementing the strategy in the organization
Requirements:
Familiar with the concepts of OKRs & KPIs
Ability to analyze data
Familiar with strategic and business concepts (Work experience in the field of strategy is a positive point)
Academic experience in the fields of Management, MBA or Industrial Engineering
Familiar with OKRs monitoring tools or advanced skills in data analysis tools such as Excel or specialized BI tools
