شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Retention Marketing Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain customers and enhance their loyalty to the company's products or services. You will oversee various aspects of retention marketing campaigns, including telemarketing, sales, finance, digital marketing, team management, leadership, and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute retention strategies.
Use telemarketing to engage and understand customer needs.
Collaborate with sales for upselling and cross-selling.
Analyze customer data and financial metrics.
Lead digital marketing efforts for existing customers.
Manage and lead a retention team.
Develop strategies to re-engage lapsed customers.
Collaborate with other departments.
Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, finance, digital marketing, and team management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Strategic thinker with marketing expertise.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to change.

کار ما اینه که به آدما کمک کنیم که با مقایسه کردن بهترین تصمیم رو بگیرن.
