شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Associate Product Manager, you will support the development and management of our insurance-related products, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams. This role is a great opportunity to learn about product management, technical specifications, and system integrations while contributing to improving customer experiences and achieving business goals. You will assist in bridging the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of impactful products.

Product Strategy & Roadmap:
• Assist in defining and maintaining the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Support market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to provide insights for product improvements.
• Help prioritize feature development based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user needs.

Product Development:
• Assist in writing product requirements and user stories with a focus on workflows, user needs, and technical details.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and ensure smooth product development.
• Participate in product testing and quality assurance to improve product functionality.

Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, sales, and support) to gather requirements and feedback.
• Support communication of project updates, timelines, and risks to relevant stakeholders.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Help track key product metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in conducting A/B testing and research to validate product decisions.

Compliance & Regulation:
• Learn about industry regulations and ensure product compliance under guidance from senior team members.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and industry best practices in the insurance sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus but not required).
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field (experience in insurance or fintech is a plus).
• Basic understanding of APIs and technical concepts related to digital products (prior technical experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and customer feedback.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity, Metabase) or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and willingness to gain hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Interest in user experience (UX) principles and a customer-centric mindset.
