We are seeking a People & Organizational Development Specialist to drive initiatives that enhance employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs, talent development, and change management initiatives that align with our company’s goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in creating career development plans and succession programs.
- Facilitating change management efforts, including communications and training.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and work to implement improvement planning.
- Implement, and evaluate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Conduct research to identify best practices in organizational developments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Use data analytics to track key metrics and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial engineering, Master of Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or HR-related roles.
- Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies, employee engagement strategies, and change management principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence leadership.
