To accelerate our journey, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist to bring their expertise and creativity to our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage projects and provide reports for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Design and implement effective marketing campaigns aligned with our business objectives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and introduce innovative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and manage partnerships with marketing agencies.
- Allocate and optimize campaign budgets to achieve superior ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct competitor analysis, research, and identify potential opportunities (benchmarking).
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
- Familiarity with various advertising media (ATL, BTL, TTL).
- Awareness of domestic and international advertising trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Creativity and a knack for ideation.
