What we're looking for:

 

We are looking for a passionate UI/Visual Designer to join our Product Design team in solving complex User Interface problems. You will have the opportunity to help shape a successful user experience division and contribute to the design system.

The role requires love for creating stunning, functional, and simple designs with a product, user, and business-oriented mindset.

• Collaborate with product design and development to help build, maintain and support the design system
• Work closely with the UX designers
• Keep strong communication across teams where the design system is used
• Advocate for accessible design
• QA visuals before release to ensure the shipped product meets design standards
• Collaborate with Developers to agree on design specs
• Build conceptualize designs and convey design ideas

• 3+ years of professional experience with digital product design.
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve design problems.
• A strong understanding of interaction design concepts.
• Accessibility knowledge.
• The ability to clearly communicate and document your design decisions.
• An excellent sense of typography, layout, and general design principles.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Attention to details.
• Someone who is meticulous, but able to iterate quickly.
• Proficiency in Figma 

• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English).
• Experience working in a healthcare-related organization
• Experience working in a startup environment.
