شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our Product Design team in solving complex design problems, understanding, and refining complex user journeys, and owning a product from beginning to end. You will have the opportunity to help shape a successful user experience division and contribute to the design system.
The role requires a love for creating stunning, functional, and simple designs with a product, user, and business-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly on the interface and experience design of Axon products
  • Build empathy and understanding of our users and how to empower them
  •  Understand and translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into innovative product solutions
  •  Define entire user experiences and interaction concepts. Creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Collaborate with team members throughout the design phase to address iterative feedback and to ensure optimal design execution
  • Work with front-end engineering to deliver high-quality designs to users
  • Research and user testing efforts to hypothesize and validate customer needs
  • Adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate and optimize product features

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience with digital product design (Web or App)
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve design problems
  • Familiar with designing for different platforms
  • Familiar with using and creating design systems
  • Ability to analyze, optimize, and simplify complex flows and scenarios
  • The ability to clearly communicate and document your design decisions
  •  Demonstrable experience designing and shipping complex projects from start to finish
  •  Strong visual design skills
  • Someone who is meticulous, but able to iterate quickly
  •  Someone who is comfortable defining success metrics and making data-driven design decisions
  • Experience in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience working in a startup environment

Desired / Is Plus:

  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English)
  • Experience working in a healthcare-related organization
