About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives across multiple business domains and drive the development of scalable digital solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and translate business needs into impactful product outcomes.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and experienced in managing products throughout their lifecycle while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Identify business opportunities and translate them into product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
  • Lead product discovery activities, including user research, market analysis, and problem validation.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and customer value.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Define product success metrics and monitor performance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Present product plans, progress, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and data insights.
Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including experience in complex digital products.
  • Proven track record of owning products from discovery to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap management.
  • Experience working with Agile product development teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to make decisions in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Familiarity with product analytics and data-driven decision making.
