شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality web applications and scalable frontend architectures. In this role, you will take ownership of critical parts of the frontend stack, collaborate closely with product and backend teams, and help shape the technical direction of our platform.

You will work primarily with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS —along with modern frontend tooling—to build performant, maintainable, and user-centric applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable frontend architecture using Next.js and React
  • Build high-performance, responsive, and accessible web applications
  • Lead end-to-end development of complex features
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Improve Core Web Vitals and overall frontend performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
  • Mentor and support fellow developers
  • Drive architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy
  • Enhance CI/CD workflows and development tooling
Required Skills

  • 4+ years of professional frontend development experience
  • Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Solid production experience with Next.js
  • Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture
  • Experience with SSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering strategies
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
  • Proficiency with Tailwind CSS
  • Experience working with REST APIs or GraphQL
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
  • Experience with component-based architecture
  • Experience with monorepo tools such as Turborepo or Nx, including shared package management and build optimization
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building large-scale or high-traffic applications
  • Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques (bundle analysis, code splitting, lazy loading, etc.)
  • Experience working with design systems or component libraries (Storybook, Radix UI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Docker and modern CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with micro-frontends or module federation (a plus, not required)
