شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Foreign Purchaser who will review prices and quality and ensure optimal purchasing.

Foreign Purchaser's responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.) 

Ultimately, you’ll create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.

Role description:

● Manage end to end process for the assigned suppliers. 
● Create purchase order and getting order acknowledgement from suppliers.
● Communicate with suppliers on the technical standards and quality requirements.
● Follow up on the supplier production schedule and updating the purchase order delivery dates.
● Ensure the shipment is on-time and follow up with logistics team on the delivery date.
● Manage supplier scorecard (Delivery and Quality performance).

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
● Retail experience.
● Practical experience in foreign purchase process.
● Strong analytical skills.
● Sound research and networking skills.
● Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
● Superb at Business correspondence.
