شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:


  • lead and facilitate product development for 1-2 agile scrum teams
  • Articulating the product roadmap and product backlog 
  • Management of the Product Backlog, including prioritization of stories to maximize business value (by writing down Definition of Done and Acceptance criteria)
  • Schedule backlog items considering priorities and release plan
  • Define sprint goals and user story acceptance criteria
  • Ensuring that the development team understands the items in the backlog and their business value
  • Validating solutions and built functionality meets the vision
  • Proactively engaging with business and technology teams to identify and evaluate product opportunities and implications
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders of the system to arrange the needs and works using Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence
  • Empower decision making regarding the scope, priority, and release plan
  • Available to the team providing support and answer questions
  • Create a traceable board of day-to-day (incremental and iterative) developments
  • represent stakeholders and customers to the development team
  • Fully engaged and committed to delivering outcomes
 


Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of IT and development
  • Have a great human’s emotional understanding and capable to self-management
  • Knowledgeable about the business, end-users, and customers
  • Knowledgeable of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Self-motivated and easy to self-expression 
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and logical communication competencies   
  • Customer-focused, highly collaborative and solution-oriented
  • Ability to make short-term plans that meets long-term needs
  • Good knowledge of the roles and responsibilities in an agile/scrum team
  • experienced in dealing with end-user needs and business needs 
  • work experience with agile project management tools such as MS-project and Jira 
  • strong skills of reporting (empowered by Excel and office collection tools)
 


Preferred:


  • 1 or more years experience in the product field 
  • Have a background in engineering 
  • Familiar with a flat structure
