Essentially we want you to be the master of running the internal operations of the firm in terms of seeing every bits & pieces of work that needs to be done as “projects” that should be delivered “on-schedule” to a certain “customer” that can be the company itself or other teams inside the portfolio! Because the customer-centric attitude is quite foundational for us.
1) Roles & Responsibilities
— Principal responsibility & ownership of establishing “Project/Portfolio Management” principles, teams & lifecycle including:
a) Planning (Strategy, Scope, Schedule, Resources & Risk)
b) Coordination, Delegation & Primarily Ensured Alignment
c) Active Measurement, Monitor & Controlling ON-TIME Deliverables
d) Communications & Stakeholder Management
e) Finalize Deliverables & Project Completion
f) Promote “Project Management” in the Organization for better contribution from all parties
— Effective adoption of “Systems & Processes” Engineering methods for every function or team within the firm to create an optimized, result-driven, customer-centric, highly-aligned & loosely-couple Organizational System.
— Live & Breath for Receiving, Reading, Digesting & Making Productive Reports. More importantly, identify & develop tools for measurement, monitoring & constant assessment of activities in form of “Continuous Reporting Systems”.
— Sensible team & stakeholder management in times of issues & crises in order to break the barriers & blockers ASAP to not lose “Execution Momentum” & keep a high-performing culture in a winning team!
2) Requirements & Qualifications
— PMP or PfMP Certificate from the PMI is a must.
— +4 years of experience in Project/Portfolio/Product Management preferably in financial institutions or investment companies.
— At least 1 successful Project Management + PMBOK experience in a known finance/digital project.
— A demonstrated model for creating a self-teaching organization through “Knowledge Management” is required.
— Proficiency in the Digital Economy Project Management know-how including Software Development, Finance/Investment Products, Content, PR & Media Projects within different disciplines & methodologies.
— Full working proficiency in English. Being multilingual is a plus.
— Experience & fluency in “Data-Driven Decision Management” through “Business Intelligence” tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a huge plus.
— Practical Experience > Academic Achievements! But a relevant degree (Industrial Engineering, MBA, Management, Finance, …) from a domestic or international prestigious university weighs on the final decision.

— Systematic & process-based mind & point of view is key!
