1) Roles & Responsibilities
— Analyze & research customer-centric trends for creating a “Comprehensive Content & PR Strategy” aligned with firm’s Mission & Goals on a synchronized & synergetic timeline
— Break down the Strategy into “Actionable & Measurable” Plans, Delegating Tasks, then Mapping & Allocating Required Resources
— Steadily stay on top of “Content Marketing” trends & initiatives plus always keeping an eye for joint-collaborations with other companies
— Being the one person army in running this function until the requirements for adding more people to the team is met.
— Full Responsibility Ownership for Plans, Respective Execution & Decisions, Continuous Reporting(Own & Team’s), Every Piece of Published Content and MOST IMPORTANT of ALL, Establishing & Leading a Talented & Capable “Content & PR” team in an “Organization Model”.
2) Requirements & Qualifications
— +4 years of strong experience & demonstrated competency in Building+Leading “Content/PR” functions for successful projects or organizations — Preferably Investment/Finance Industry (At least 3 years + managed 3 people as team members)
— Effective familiarity with Digital Marketing, SEO & “Growth” is a Must. More experience in Digital Marketing or Customer Success Management is a huge plus!
— Be vividly “Intuition+Data-Driven” & experienced with “Customer Research & Segmentation” for attracting more customers by publishing correct content. Market Research & Data Analysis background/courses is a plus.
— Practical Experience > Academic Achievements! But a relevant degree (Journalism, Communications, Management, Finance, …) from a domestic or international prestigious university weighs on the final decision.
3) Soft Skills & Productive Characteristics
— Passion, experience & intuition for building team culture at the beginning. Strong interpersonal skills & ability to pay attention to team’s performance, requirements & even personal needs.
— Profound sense of ownership & responsibility for both their own life & firm’s. Extreme care for result-changing details and extra mile efforts that make all the difference!
— Proficiently Bilingual in a Bookworm & Writing-savvy personality (English/Persian) is a must. Multilingual highly encouraged (Turkish, Arabic, French, Deutsch, …)
— Demonstrated ability to not dropping a few balls that they will be joggling at the same time.
