Responsibilities
In our team, the CTO is one of the key leaders and responsible for the planning, development and iteration of multiple business-facing and consumer products, platforms and simply every technical aspect as most of the goals rely on them.
Having an established network of talents, building thirsty-for-thrive teams and leading by example for smooth delivery of top-notch products and platforms.
Contributing in organization strategies, goal setting and key decision making
Plan and propose technical strategy, prioritization and collaborating alongside product management team for successful implementation of plans
Providing agility and resilience in rapidly changing direction based on market feedbacks
Developing comprehensive “Documentation and Reporting” processes for his/her team and company
Skills and Minimum Requirements
3+ Years of Managerial Experience, building and leading tech teams in established orgs and startups
7+ Years of experience in Web, Mobile and Software Development
Forward-thinking, backward-compatible system architecture experience
Profound knowledge of Linux and experience in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes. Generally DevOps!
Hardcore Engineer at heart, builder at core, no matter the stack or platform!
Experience with both Backend and Frontend development technologies and methodologies (Especially in Python/PostgreSQL and React)
Obsession with agile methodologies and new ways to manage software development
Constant following of new technological trends and ability to make bold decisions if we should start using a young but promising technology
Track record of hiring, teaching and developing fresh talents to excellence
