شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and drive key initiatives across our platform. You’ll work across multiple squads to improve core platform experiences with a strong focus on process mining and business modeling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about solving complex, real-world problems at the scale of an ERP/BPMS platform.

We especially value candidates who bring business analysis, modeling, and process mining capabilities, along with a strategic yet innovative mindset and a strong technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business goals into product roadmaps and detailed feature requirements.
Own the full product lifecycle for key components of the platform, from discovery and ideation to release and iteration.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and internal teams to build scalable and user-friendly solutions.
Extract business rules and entities to drive a detailed BPMN and DMN.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep our platform ahead of the curve.
Maintain tight feedback loops with vendors and internal stakeholders to validate assumptions and prioritize impact.
Conduct interviews with domain experts to extract product requirements and workflows.
Communicate technical and business requirements clearly across cross-functional teams.
Lead agile projects effectively with tools such as Figma, and UML modeling.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture through clear articulation, negotiation skills, and strong teamwork.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in ERP systems or BPMS.
Familiarity with modeling techniques, business analysis, and process improvement methods.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including conceptual explanation and persuasive negotiation.
Ability to measure product success and align teams with user and business goals.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and effective decision-making.
Genuine passion for the company's mission and its hybrid technology and operational nature.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma), modeling (UML), and Domain Driven Design.
