Apsan is looking for a Project Manager with familiarity in Agile and running product teams.

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. A leader who guides and coaches the Scrum team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services.
  • Consults with leadership and key stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements And Ensures projects are completed by the defined schedules.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur and Escalates project issues and roadblocks to management for resolution as appropriate.
  • Envision new opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver to goal.
  • Prioritize, negotiate and remove impediments to orchestrate successful launch & Strong ownership over the backlog and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Collaboration with engineering and design teams to generate hypotheses, prototype, validate, and ship new products, including preparing product specifications, coordinating development activity, and tracking progress of in-work closely with research, product marketing, customer success, analytics, and users to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specification
  • Shape strategic positioning and identify value proposition, key features/benefits and points of differentiation which the marketing team will base all customer facing product communication
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:


  • Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Exemplify and promote Agile values and principles. 
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
  • Positive attitude, good judgment and excellent time management skills. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • +2 years of experience working as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, software analyst, Product Owner or equivalent work experience.
  • Having the strong capability in communicating the results of analysis to business and development team and state the results very clearly.
  • Understanding of software design principles, tools and technologies.
