Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes
Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of BI and data warehouse concepts and terminology
Experience building complex reports in Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms
Experience with analytical programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
Proficiency with O365 Applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented person who is passionate about quality and enthusiastic about new technology
Priority consideration for candidates with any of the following background:
Prior experience in the mortgage industry
Prior experience specifically using Power BI to build complex, interactive reports
Prior experience publishing Power BI reports to the Power BI service for reporting consumers
Experience with Azure SQL Data Warehouse/Azure Synapse
Experience working with data from Encompass or other loan origination systems
Experience:
