Job Overview

Asan Pardakht (AP) is looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery processes, stable environments, and efficient operations across our microservices ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across microservices, databases, and cloud infrastructure

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive measures

• Design and implement auto‑scaling, load‑balancing, and failover mechanisms

• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines for resilience and reliability

• Participate in the On‑Call rotation and respond promptly to operational incidents

• Implement, maintain, and enhance monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, etc.)

• Automate repetitive operational tasks (deployments, scaling, recovery) using Bash/Python or IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible

Technical Requirements :

• Strong background in Linux Administration

• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking

• Hands‑on experience with containers and orchestration solutions: Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab

• Knowledge of Key‑Value and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB)

• Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL

• Experience with monitoring stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Graylog

• Experience with web servers and load balancers (Nginx, HAProxy)

• Experience with Pub/Sub messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)

• Good understanding of Git and GitFlow

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly

• Experience working with service meshes such as Istio
