Job Overview
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our IT team and work with several Scrum teams. You will be responsible for running the Agile Scrum process that supports our software development processes; coaching the development team on best Agile practices and supporting the teams in analyzing and adapting to continuously improve our software delivery processes.
If you have a deep understanding of Agile mindset, a curious and supportive personality, excellent soft skills and a passion for challenging situations, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire SDLC, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and contribution with squads, teams and chapters.
- Keep all parties on track and informed.
- Host Scrum events.
- Teach Scrum practices and principles.
- Remove Roadblocks.
- Making sure every team member understands goals and scope.
- Help team in self-management.
- Gather, address and prioritize team issues.

Qualifications :
- Deep knowledge in Agile mindset and its Frameworks.
- Good knowledge in problem solving techniques.
- Sound knowledge and experience of Agile work management tools (Jira).
- Supportive and calm characteristics.
- Familiar with general programming concepts.
- Familiar with product management concepts.
- Sound knowledge of SDLC.
- +2 years of work experience in the role of Scrum Master.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum Master Certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM).
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks.
