شرح موقعیت شغلی

* Collaborate with Product Managers, Bussiness Developers, Commercial Team, QA Analysts, QA Engineers, Software Engineers, Digital/Performance Marketers, and CS Team to define, implement, and document Asan Pardakht’s test strategy and best practices.
* Leverage usage data and product awareness to prioritize and advocate for issues in the Product Backlog also evaluate the services.
* Thoroughly test and validate all new features/bug fixes added to our product to optimize for quality and usability.
* Write Product test cases for all new Features/Services and old ones.
* Send effectively report discovered issues to Product Managers and collaborate with them to find the best solutions.
* Contribute to AsanPardakht’s product vision and strategy.
* Benchmarking and Competitive analysis.
* Grow technically and professionally in a collaborative and inclusive environment with opportunities to learn and share with others

Requirements:
* 1-2 years of QA/Test in Product, Product Management or Business Analysis experience, preferably in the User Experience and User Flow Areas; experience managing/Testing mobile apps, web products, PWA preferred.
* having a Responsible, Productive and Follow-Up Character.
* Good sense of Design; passion for the customer and exceptional User Experiences.
* Comprehension of various types of testing, including Discovery, Exploratory, Context-Driven, and Regression Testing
* Experience using data to assign priority to issues
* Empathy for how users interact with products
* Team player with a record of building strong, cross-functional working relationships focused on team performance, rather than on individual success.
* Comfortable collaborating with other Teams such as QA, Dev, Marketing, CS, Product Management, …
* Experience testing across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android)
* Creative Design Base thinking to optimize test approach and efficiency
