Key responsibilities:
* Planning and delivering eCRM strategies across the organization with a view to acquiring and retaining customers, increasing loyalty, and expanding brand awareness
* Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure the eCRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
* A comprehensive understanding of digital and commercial opportunities
* An understanding of eCRM, consumer acquisition tactics, and Google Analytics, as well as other eCommerce metrics such as conversion rates
* A working knowledge of eCommerce platform architecture and baseline capabilities
* The ability to liaise with third parties, to initiate and fulfill initiatives in a proactive manner
* Organised, structured and systematic working methods to prioritize workload
* Strong experiences with Marketing automation tools
Required Skills / Experience
* The ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and use their own initiative
* Flexibility to work above the normal working hours if needed
* The ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders across multiple markets and business plans
* A commercial and analytical approach to business focused on delivering results
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* The ability to use data and analytics to make informed commercial decisions
* Organised, structured, and systematic working methods to prioritize workload
* 2-3 years experience with Marketing automation tools
