شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities
• Design methods to measure and forecast profitability of marketing activities
• Analyzing campaign performance, discovering and communicating what works
• Understanding changes in key metrics and long-term trends
• Provide data reports and dashboards as foundation for critical business decision
• Design customer surveys and analyze the results to improve business decisions
• Communicating clearly and building compelling data storytelling to support our management and functional teams taking data-based decisions and actions.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (engineering, economics, math, statistics) or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as an analyst or engineer in the data/statistical/BI space.
• Experience with Excel.
• Analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases and complete root cause analyses.
• Experience with common analysis tools such as SQL, Python.
• Ability to communicate and present complex ideas to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience applying statistical methods to solve business problems.
• Experience working with large data sets in data warehouse environments.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent tools.
