Main Responsibilities

Pro-actively identifying potential merchants who are the best customers for our online payment methods
Managing the entire sales processes including contracting and price negotiating
Actively seeking out and achieving agreed upon sales targets within the schedule
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Analyzing competitors and market intelligence activities
Preparing required reports

Requirements

Familiar with the fintech sector
Bachelor or Master degree required
Exceptionally good at prioritizing, time managing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving
Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
Highly passionate and creative individual
Able to excel under pressure and can handle sudden changes in plans
An excellent communicator and presenter
Decidedly trustworthy and accountable
Excellent relationship management skills
Active Listener, Professional Negotiator
Effective communicator, verbal and written
Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
