Collaborating with other departments to ensure the Marketing Automation and E-CRM strategies works well for every aspect of the business
Improving E-CRM processes to increase its share in total transaction and revenue
Using data and analytics to make data-driven decisions
Champion new initiatives using marketing automation, impacting campaign design, implementing automated journeys, engagement strategies and conversions
Performing recurring analysis to improve all aspects of works
Lead the process of best practice sharing to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns whilst identifying areas of improvement in execution
Requirements / Skills:
A comprehensive understanding of digital marketing specially marketing automation and retention
The ability to use data and analytics to make date-driven decisions
Familiar with lifecycle marketing
Strong communication skills
The ability to work under pressure
Strong experiences with Marketing automation tools like WebEngage, Insider, etc.
Understanding of E-CRM, consumer acquisition tactics, retention marketing, user segmentation, funnel optimization, conversion rate optimization, marketing analyzing metrics and KPIs
2 years of experience working in Marketing Automation field.
