Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements to develop and implement effective AI solutions using existing models and tools. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging AI to solve practical problems, such as enhancing online customer support

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze the specific needs of the business to identify how AI can be applied to solve existing problems.
Model Selection: Research and select the most suitable existing AI models, including GPT models and others, that meet the business requirements and offer effective solutions.
Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and prepare the necessary data for training the chosen AI models, ensuring the data is of high quality and relevant.
Model Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the performance of implemented models against business objectives, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
Solution Implementation: Use existing AI models and tools to develop and deploy practical solutions that address business challenges, such as improving online customer support.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions into the business process seamlessly.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of leveraging these technologies for business solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Ability to applying AI and machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
Strong understanding of various AI models, including but not limited to GPT models, and their application in business contexts.
Familiar with data preparation and preprocessing techniques.
Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
