شرح موقعیت شغلی
· Installation, configuration and technical support of following products in large enterprise networks:
· Symantec Endpoint Protection
· Symantec backup solutions
· Microsoft services
· Implement network monitoring
· Incident review
· Analyze detail and troubleshooting
· Monitor and report events and logs by using Monitoring Tools
· Communicate with other technical and management teams via ticketing system, email, phone call
· Excellent knowledge of Kaspersky Antivirus, Symantec Antivirus is a plus
· Excellent knowledge of Network+, CCNA and MCSA concepts
· Experience in supporting network security products (enterprise scale) would be an advantage
