استخدام IT Operation Center (ITOC) Engineer
شرح موقعیت شغلی
· Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) in an Enterprise fast paced ITS Environment
· Proactively response to Infrastructure and IT Services abnormalities by performing specific procedures through Monitoring platforms and other defined Communication channels
· Effectively escalate Service Impacting issues to the correct teams, and collaborate to ensure the issue is resolved as soon as possible
· Active listening to raised issues and provide effective response while maintaining full alignment with Policy, Procedures and Practices
· Provide regular and Ad Hoc analytical reports
· Track and response customer incidents and requests
· Complete tickets for ITS Service Desk inquiries and follow-ups to ensure tickets are updated and acknowledged to the point of verifying completion and closing them out.
· End to end tracking of all service Impacting issues as well as requests to ensure agreed value has been delivered to Business
· Familiar with Microsoft Services, MS Certificate is a plus
· Familiar with TCP/IP concepts, Network+ Certificate is a plus
· Familiar with ITSM frameworks and Best Practices, ITIL Certificate is a plus
· Familiar with IT Infrastructure/Services Monitoring Platforms
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Self-Motivated to grow in a high-tech environment
· Ability to communicate technical information
· Strong team collaboration skills
· Residence in Tehran City (Tehran South or West area is preferred)
