شرح موقعیت شغلی

● Seeking and finding the best sources with the optimal balance between quality and price requires analysis and evaluation.
● Furthering technical clarifications in reciprocation between clients and vendors
● Negotiating with the vendor for the best prices and terms.
● Preparing purchase orders, then monitoring and following up on the liabilities of the suppliers.
● Handling technical and commercial documents provided by various parties and sometimes preparing them.
● Internal and international trips are required a few times a year.

Requirements

● Cooperative mindset and teamwork, sticking to the schedule and fulfilling the deadlines.
● Analytical thinking and creativity.
● Persistence and perseverance in face of several failures and being ready to test various pathways to ultimate success.
● High level of curiosity and enthusiasm towards learning.
● Active listening, written reporting, and presentation skills.

● Knowledge of foreign purchasing processes, terminology, and documents, applicable laws and regulations, relevant tools and technology, and customer service.
● Ability to create and use professional documents, including price tables, purchase requisition/order forms, invoices, and order forms.
● Four years of professional experience with at least one, year as a sourcing and purchasing agent.
● Proficiency in business English.

معرفی شرکت

شرکت دانش بنیان اروند فارمد (عضو گروه دارویی سیناژن) در سال 1384 تاسیس شد. هدف از تاسیس شرکت، طراحی و تولید اشکال دارویی جامد با رویکرد نوین است.به پشتوانه علمی و تجربی در طراحی اشکال دارویی جامد، عمده فعالیت شرکت متمرکز بر تولید محصولاتی است که جدید بوده و از تکنولوژیهای نوین در آنها استفاده شده باشد.
سایت تولید شرکت در پارک فناوری پردیس و در شرق تهران واقع شده و دارای 4 طبقه مشتمل بر خطوط تولید، کنترل کیفیت، انبارها، تاسیسات و فضاهای اداری است.وسعت اتاقهای تمیز (clean room) بالغ بر 1000 متر مربع است.
