شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Overview:
The CRM Accounting Employee is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in the CRM system, ensuring correct transaction logging, and supporting the financial department.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills: Proficiency in CRM and accounting software, strong MS Office (Excel), about 60% English proficiency.
Experience: At least 2 years in an accounting role (CRM experience preferred).
Attributes: Attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records in the CRM system.
Ensure transaction accuracy and timely data entry.
Assist in financial report preparation and reconcile discrepancies.
Support the financial department with administrative tasks.
Collaborate with other departments and provide billing support.

The role involves working 9-hour rotating shifts.
