Job description:

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales people.

Your responsibilities:

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
Monitor traffic metrics and community growth and engagement
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee the design of social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn & etc.)
Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.

Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant in-house experience
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Stellar social copywriting skills
Fluency with core social media platforms with an understanding of the latest social media trends and strategies
Ability to use analytics tools that track the success of campaigns and efforts and make recommendations based on quantitative analysis
Creating and maintaining client relationships
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to spot trends on the fly and leverage insights to draw sound recommendations.
Good communication skills in English.
