Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team in Tehran. In this role, you’ll craft intuitive, visually stunning, and user-centered interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver seamless digital experiences that align with user needs and business goals. As a key contributor to our evolving Design System, you’ll drive consistency and innovation across our products while championing usability and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to bring ideas to life.
• Maintain and enhance our in-house Design System, ensuring scalability and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and deliver user-first solutions.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate to optimize user experiences.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Propose and prototype innovative features to enhance user engagement.
• Document and communicate design processes to foster team alignment.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Figma (or penpot) and other prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Proficiency in responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Deep understanding of UX methodologies, including user research and usability testing.
• Strong grasp of Design Systems, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
