شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our team and take ownership of backend architecture, API development, and data management using Python and Django. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance backend solutions that align with business needs. The role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring smooth operations and seamless integration with other systems.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
• 2+ years of backend development experience using Python and Django
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and third-party integrations
• Design and manage SQL-based databases exclusively using MySQL, ensuring efficiency and scalability
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions
• Implement asynchronous processing (Celery), real-time features (Django Channels), and background tasks
• Use Git for version control and collaborate with team members through code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges

Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Docker
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch
