About Us

We are a cutting-edge tech company developing agentic AI solutions that revolutionize communication workflows in the real estate property maintenance sector. Think of our product as "Cursor for real estate property maintenance" - an intelligent assistant that streamlines and automates complex maintenance processes.

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Python Backend Developer with 6-8+ years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python backend development, strong experience with LLMs and Generative AI, and a proven track record of working independently with high ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using FastAPI
Build and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
Implement message-based architectures using RabbitMQ
Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate Agentic AI Frameworks (AutoGen/LlamaIndex/…) components
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Take complete ownership of features from conception to deployment
Work independently and proactively identify and solve problems

Required Qualifications

6-10+ years of professional Python development experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Exceptional ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Strong proficiency with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks (Flask, Django)
Experience with LLMs, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks
Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and applications
Good understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization techniques
Experience with message brokers, particularly RabbitMQ
Expert-level experience with RESTful API design and implementation
Proficiency with async Python programming
Proficiency with containerization (Docker)
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with real estate tech or property management systems
Understanding of microservice/monolithic architectures
Experience working in Agile development environments
Experience working in a startup environment
