Experience Required:

Creating and executing marketing collateral including: Email, Social Media, AdWords, Display, SEO, Print, TV, promotional and instructional videos.
Utilizing Adobe suite to create display ads, email blasts, social media graphics, and print materials
Managing and updating websites with relevant content
Working with outside vendors and contractors to implement marketing strategies
Providing marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Maintaining contact with current and prospective clients via various channels
Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications, production of mailers and brochures
Writing articles and promotional material for the company
Conducting and providing analysis of the company’s marketing strategy, making strategic decisions based on results
Other responsibilities as assigned by manager

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
Consumer product sales and marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Four years of experience in retail e-commerce.
Firm understanding of Website architecture
Working knowledge of HTML and WordPress.
Experience with web design and web maintenance.
Demonstrates strength with Google Analytics, AdWords & Tag Manager, certification a plus.
Strong skillset with Microsoft Excel
Basic knowledge of XML.
Graphic design, creative, and photography, such as digital ads and print materials.
Social networking knowledge.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
Minimum 3 years of copy writing
Expertise in Adobe Suite
Expertise in Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics
Ability to make data-driven decisions
