The Product Manager is expected to: • Writing product specifications, user stories and building wireframes. Working closely with UX/UI designers to deliver simple and engaging user experience. • Launching product. • Combining both metrics and user feedback data to evolve products that provide value to customers. • Collaborating with other teams to align plans and unblock development. • Planning for product growth. • Internalize and deeply understand the organization's mission and strategies, as well as the objectives of your particular product • Cascade vision and strategy for the team and motivate all members of the cross-functional team • Drive cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals • Own innovating, defining, planning deliverables (roadmap) of entirely new products and product features to deliver against the team and company goals. Requires challenging members of each functional team (engineering, design, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then to focus that energy on execution plans • Drive definition and execution against product go-to-market plan, including phasing and marketing Requirements: • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent teamwork skills • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
