Role Overview
Boghrat is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle—from market discovery and strategy to design, delivery, and go-to-market. You’ll turn deep market and user insights into a focused roadmap, lead cross- functional teams (engineering, design, data, operations, marketing, leadership), and ship products that improve clinician and patient outcomes.

Boghrat is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle—from market discovery and strategy to design, delivery, and go-to-market. You’ll turn deep market and user insights into a focused roadmap, lead cross- functional teams (engineering, design, data, operations, marketing, leadership), and ship products that improve clinician and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define product vision, measurable goals, and a multi-quarter roadmap aligned to company OKRs.
- Market & User Research: Lead competitive analysis, segmentation/JTBD interviews, pricing/packaging tests; synthesize insights into MRDs/PRDs with clear problem statements and success metrics.
- End-to-End Delivery: Run agile rituals; prioritize and sequence work (discovery → MVP → GA → scale); partner with engineering to scope, de-risk, and ship high-quality increments.
- Product Design Partnership: Ensure user-centered solutions, strong IA/flows, usability, and accessibility; collaborate closely with design in Figma.
- Data & Experimentation: Define KPIs, instrument analytics, maintain dashboards, run A/B tests, and iterate based on evidence.
- Go-to-Market: Co-own positioning and launches with marketing; enable sales/CS; track activation, conversion, retention, and NPS.
- Healthcare Readiness: Anticipate regulatory, privacy, and interoperability needs (e.g., HL7/FHIR or local equivalents); partner with compliance and security.
- What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months).
- Evidence-based roadmap delivered with strong on-time performance for priority bets.
- Uplift in core metrics (e.g., activation, retention, conversion, workflow efficiency).
- Ongoing research cadence (interviews, win/loss, competitor watch) informing quarterly decisions.
- Smooth cross-functional execution with continuous, reliable releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with ownership of 0→1 or major 1→N initiatives.
- Strong market research capability and data-driven decision-making (quant + qual).
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and agile project management.
- Technical fluency collaborating with engineers (APIs, integrations, data models, trade-offs).
- Experience with UX principles and partnering closely with design.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, stakeholder management, and documentation.
- Healthcare/digital health experience strongly preferred (EHR/EMR, telehealth, medical software, or similar).
- Nice to Have Experience with HL7/FHIR integrations or payer/provider workflows.
- Familiarity with privacy/security frameworks (e.g., HIPAA/GDPR or local equivalents).
- Comfort with analytics/experimentation tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA4; SQL a plus).
- Experience scaling B2B2C products and pricing/packaging.
- How We Work (Tools) Jira/Linear, Notion/Confluence, Figma, GA4/Mixpanel/Amplitude, Slack; experimentation and product instrumentation by default.
