Aldataset is a leading B2B consulting firm specializing in data-driven solutions. We empower businesses to overcome complex challenges using real-time data, advanced machine learning algorithms, and mathematical models. Our services help managers and executives make smarter, AI-powered decisions in competitive markets.

We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge ML solutions for our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement machine learning models and deep learning systems tailored to business problems
  • Collaborate with data scientists, consultants, and clients to understand requirements and refine ML objectives
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training on large-scale datasets
  • Deploy models into production environments and monitor performance for ongoing optimization
  • Research and integrate the latest ML techniques (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics) to enhance consulting deliverables
  • Ensure scalable, efficient, and secure ML pipelines
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and software engineering best practices
  • Experience in B2B environments or consulting is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team
