The Social Media Specialist at ALDataset is responsible for driving the company's digital brand presence through strategic social media initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute engaging content strategies, manage online communities, build brand awareness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Design, Product, Sales, and Leadership—to support business objectives.
Combining creativity with data-driven decision-making, you will lead impactful campaigns that strengthen audience engagement, generate qualified leads, and position ALDataset as a trusted leader in AI and data solutions. Your work will span content planning, campaign execution, community management, influencer partnerships, paid social initiatives, performance analytics, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
Expand and manage ALDataset's presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent, timely publishing.
Content Development
Produce compelling content including captions, graphics, videos, carousels, and promotional assets.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver high-quality visual and multimedia content.
Launch campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
Community Engagement
Build and nurture relationships with customers, followers, industry professionals, and online communities.
Monitor social channels and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and campaign ROI.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on analytics, audience behavior, and platform trends.
Innovation & Market Awareness
Stay informed about platform updates, social media best practices, AI advancements, and competitor activities.
Identify emerging content formats and innovative opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Recommend creative initiatives that strengthen ALDataset's digital positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Product, Design, and Sales teams to support product launches, events, announcements, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social platforms.
Contribute to employer branding and corporate communications through social media initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience
2–6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated success growing business social media accounts with measurable engagement and audience growth.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and content marketing.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities tailored for digital audiences.
Experience developing content that increases engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Familiarity with paid social advertising and campaign optimization is an advantage.
Tools
Experience with platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, or similar social media management tools.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and native platform insights.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or comparable creative software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with AI-powered content creation tools is a plus.
