شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior/Junior Flutter Developer (depending on experience) to join our Mobile Engineering team at Aldataset and help us build beautiful, high-performance cross-platform applications. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver mobile experiences that make complex AI and data tools feel simple and intuitive for both enterprise clients and internal users.

This role is perfect for a passionate mobile developer who loves clean code, pixel-perfect UI, and solving real-world problems in the fast-moving AI/data industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain feature-rich Flutter applications for Android and iOS from the ground up.
  • Implement responsive and adaptive UIs using Flutter’s widget system and custom animations.
  • Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time services (WebSocket, Firebase, etc.).
  • Manage app state efficiently using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented Dart code following best practices.
  • Optimize performance (startup time, memory usage, rendering) and ensure 60fps experiences.
  • Collaborate daily with designers (Figma → Flutter conversion) and backend teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store via CI/CD pipelines.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new Flutter plugins and technologies.
Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building production Flutter applications (portfolio or App Store/Play Store links highly appreciated).
  • Strong command of Dart and deep understanding of Flutter framework & widgets.
  • Experience with state management solutions and architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of Git, CI/CD (Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions), and agile workflows.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication flows (JWT, OAuth), and secure storage.
  • Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good command of English (reading/writing); Persian is a plus for team communication.
  • Genuine excitement about AI, data platforms, and building tools that matter.
Bonus Points:

  • Published personal or commercial apps on both stores
  • Experience with Flutter Web or Desktop
  • Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) when needed
  • Background in charts/data visualization (charts_flutter, fl_chart, syncfusion, etc.)
  • Contributions to open-source Flutter packages
