We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer
Altex is building innovative platforms in the cryptocurrency space, and we’re looking for a skilled and committed UI/UX Designer to join our product team.

About the Role:
As a UI/UX Designer at Altex, you'll work closely with product managers and developers to design web and mobile experiences that are simple, efficient, and delightful. You should be confident in tackling complex challenges and simplifying them through thoughtful design.

About the Role:
As a UI/UX Designer at Altex, you'll work closely with product managers and developers to design web and mobile experiences that are simple, efficient, and delightful. You should be confident in tackling complex challenges and simplifying them through thoughtful design.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing for web and mobile applications
- Strong proficiency in Figma and collaborative design workflow
- Solid understanding of modern UI/UX design methods and principles
- Ability to simplify complex problems and propose creative, user-centered solutions
- Hands-on experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Experience designing and maintaining design systems and scalable UI kits
- Skilled in creating reusable components and comprehensive style guides
- Familiarity with user behavior analysis and UX research methods
- Comfortable using tracking and analytics tools to understand user behavior
- Understanding of front-end development concepts and design handoff practices
