Position Description:
At Altex, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to join us during our growth phase. In this role, you will assume responsibility for leading the marketing team. We are looking for a "hands-on" professional who can personally drive digital and advertising campaigns while simultaneously possessing the ability to manage and grow the team. This is a pivotal opportunity to evolve into a senior management position, where you will formulate marketing strategies and build the team structure.
Your Responsibilities at Altex:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the marketing team (Content, Design, Social Media, and SEO) and oversee the quality of their deliverables.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement comprehensive short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals to strengthen Altex's position in the crypto market.
- Funnel Management: Take full ownership and optimization of the marketing funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Revenue).
- Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize performance, branding, growth, and B2B marketing campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: Define, track, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and overall Return on Investment (ROI).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with the Technical, Product, and Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the product offerings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing (experience in Fintech and Crypto is a strong plus).
- Full proficiency with digital marketing tools and project management software.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to understand processes and effectively oversee the in-house team.
- Ability to formulate marketing strategies and translate them into actionable operational plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A solid understanding of financial services and familiarity with concepts and trends related to digital currencies.
- Team spirit with the ability to solve problems in dynamic environments.
- Results-oriented, persistent, and capable of effective management.
