We are on the lookout for a "Senior Biker Retention Specialist" to join the AloPeyk Fleet team. Together, we aim to collaborate on a platform that facilitates logistics for both companies and individuals.

- Increase the number of successful journeys by ambassadors.
- Reactivate inactive ambassadors.
- Define and implement campaigns to change specific behaviors in active ambassadors.
- Define and conduct necessary research to find answers to business questions and ambiguities.
Skills required for this position include:
- Ability to identify business needs and problems and convert them into a paper-based issue.
- Ability to identify data and reports needed to solve a business problem.
- Data analysis skills, preparing relevant reports from data.
- Ability to define and implement campaigns to solve problems using data and received reports.
- Ability to compose and document reports on implemented actions.
- Professional proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in formatting reports and presentation files in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint software.
