We are on the looking for a "Senior DevOps Engineer" to join the AloPeyk Technical team. Description of the job position

  • DevOps Engineer at Alopeyk, responsible of, build, and maintain distributed, fault-tolerant systems for our logistics platforms, ensuring service reliability and uptime.
  • leading projects to enhance continuous integration, deployment automation, and monitoring, with collaborating with development teams to automate processes, and document systems.
  • Hands-on experience and deep understanding of cluster management systems such as Kubernetes, and containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Strong background in Linux operating systems.
  • Proficient in implementing and maintain CICD workflows, especially GitLab.
  • Strong knowledge of load-balancers and web servers (e.g., HAProxy & NGINX).
  • Experience with Proxmox and virtualization technologies.
Requirements

  • Knowledge of Laravel & React is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Message Brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ & Kafka) and automation tools (e.g., Bash & Ansible).
  • Capability of documenting and knowledge sharing
  • Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Advanced networking knowledge and hands-on experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience improving system reliability, implementing monitoring frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and being part of a production on-call team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders across different regions.
