Jabama’s Creative is a team of designers, filmmakers, illustrators, photographers, writers, producers, prototypers and storytellers. We fuel the brand by merging multidisciplinary skills to create meaningful on line and offline experiences for the Jabama community around the Iran. From writing, shooting, and editing award-winning marketing campaigns to crafting smartly illustrated infographics, the team has become a collaborative unit that creates impactful, innovative and authentic stories.

As a Design Fellow, under the guidance of multiple design mentors, you will rotate between a handful of different teams in order to explore new skill areas and gain a better understanding of the relationship between visual design and business goals. From concepting to experimentation to production to presentation, you will be immersed with the end-to-end process of Creative projects and learn how different business units at Jabama work. You may develop digital template suites, compile a few moodboards, create a physical branding system or prototype an online product. The wide variety will leave you with an experience about how an in-house design team works in a fast-paced environment.

Specific Tasks/Roles:

Concepting and executing projects
Collaborating with other multidisciplinary creatives
Active participation in design critiques and brainstorms
Design of both offline and online communications and marketing pieces
Design of campaign and events materials and environmental graphics
Design of information graphics and presentations
Research inspiration, materials, merchandise and production methods

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
Portfolio of completed design projects
Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign and Balsamiq)
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
Attention to visual details
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
