Alibaba is looking for a Senior Defensive Security Specialist to help us improve and expand our rapidly-growing products.

Scope:

Owns and is accountable for the design, implement and development of network and infrastructure.
Participates in architecture discussions, regularly proposes and discusses solutions to system and restructure requests that are directly related to their area of focus.
Optimize the network by detecting, tune and or replace bottlenecks.
Responsible for finding, understand, fix and or report any problem in the network, team and hardware resources.
Play the active role in documentation and reporting by helping the other teammates in the documentation and writing things.
Build , analyze and enforce security and access control policies
Design, configure, deploy, and maintain Next Generation Firewalls/IPS.
Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot remote access VPN; and site-to-site VPNs peering with 3rd party vendors.

Technical Skills:

Having at least 4 years experiance on netowrk security
Having BS/MS on Computer science or other related fields
Deep knowledge on TCP/IP
Good Knowledge on Operating System
Good Knowledge on network and host forensics
Good knowledge on Cloud Security
Extensive knowledge and expertise with the following technologies: Firewalls, DNS Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Secure Email Gateways, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Security Incident and Event Management Systems (SIEM), Threat Intelligence, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
Having experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, F5, Paloalto, Checkpoint and other security vendors and solutions.
Good knowledge on cloud architecture and security
