• Facilitate strategic planning processes including design, planning, communication, execution (Action Planning), revision, monitoring, and strategic performance measurement • Assist SBUs in setting goals & objectives, decision making, developing strategies and execution plans, leveraging competitive advantage, etc. • Collaborate with related stakeholders in order to develop or revise the business models and strategies • Monitor market trends & competitors, conduct research, carry out business & strategic analysis, provide reports & scenarios, benchmark, collect & analyze data, build what-if scenarios, etc. • Propose best solutions for business problems and challenges at the strategic level
Requirements:
• Good familiarity with online businesses, startups, e-commerce, technology & knowledge-based companies and their challenges during scale and preferably have work experience in them especially in large and complex organizations • At least 3 years of total work experience related to strategy & business development, • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with executives, senior managers, stakeholders, investors & business partners • High energetic and eager to conduct strategic planning & business development • Deep knowledge in strategy and business models. Skillful at modern methodologies, tools, frameworks, standards, and approaches related to strategy and business development and ability to write business plans • Familiarity with OKR • Competent in analysis, planning, and problem-solving in uncertain and ambiguous situations • Soft skills including team player, strategic analysis, problem-solving, strategic thinking, fast learner, systematic & data-driven approach, flexibility, organized mind, as well as technical skills such as data analysis, strategic planning, project & program management, and business planning • Fluent in English (reading, writing & conversation) • Good at MS-Office and standard corporate software • Preferably MBA degree or similar Master’s degree • Preferably 25 to 30 years
