Coach teams and individuals facing challenges related to how they work together.
Resolve conflicts effectively.
Create awareness and visualise the team capacity, progress in an easy-to-digest way.
Design and facilitate larger workshops for the purpose of education or collaboration.

You have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching, and are able to help teams develop trust and safety.
You are knowledgeable and passionate about software product development.
You excel at facilitating, coaching, and mentoring teams and leaders towards rapidly delivering high impact, high-quality software.
You are expert in Agile and Lean methodologies and have experience in implementing them in development teams.
Encourage a culture of openness and transparency.
You are truly a “do-er”, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the team.
You are comfortable with and can help guide others to deal with situations of conflict, ambiguity, and uncertainty.
