We are expanding our eCRM and Marketing Automation operations and we’re looking for a talented senior specialist to join us. At this position, you will help us with implementing and executing customer lifecycle plans, retention campaigns and automation flows by precisely targeting the right users with each message to create value for them. We will provide you with the opportunity to utilize modern data solutions to try different ideas and infrastructures to increase the impact you create. Working as part of the team and cooperating with different departments is highly important for this position.
Responsibilities:
Planning eCRM and Automation activities in accordance with the organization’s goals and targets
Finding opportunities and proposing solutions to increase retention rate and impact specific KPIs
Executing personalized campaigns on a combination of channels (mainly email, SMS, push, web push, and onsite)
Preparing and running automated communication flows (Journeys) with value creation and retention targets
Segmenting users based on their behavior, A/B, and multi-variation testing, and constant optimization of processes
Maintaining automation processes and making sure the system is working with the highest efficiency
Actively researching and participating in finding new communication opportunities and best marketing automation practices
Requirements:
Must be able to effectively communicate with different teams to discover issues and opportunities
Must have a good team working skills in order to achieve maximum effectiveness
Great problem-solving skills and a keen eye for details and creative solutions
Flexible, adaptable, and agile in the face of changes and challenges
Experienced with one of the main marketing automation systems like WebEngage, Emarsys, Insider, etc.
Familiar with automation and retention subjects like lifecycle marketing, RFM segmentation, etc.
Familiar with data-driven and data-informed marketing
Responsible and eager to learn
