شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Job Description

•Main Objective: 

Plan, implement and manage activities designed to create or maintain a favorable public image or raise issue awareness for the company 

 

•Main Responsibilities: 

-Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies  

-Communicating with key spokespeople 

-Liaising with, and answering inquiries from media, individuals and other organizations  

-Collating and analyzing media coverage  

-Fostering community relations through organizing events including press conferences, press tours, exhibitions, open days, and involvement in communities to gain public attention without directly advertising 

-Managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities 

-Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation  

-Planning and implementing OOH media 

-Manage communications budgets 

-Assign, supervise, and review the activities of public relations staff

:Requirements 

Mater or at least BA of Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, MBA or related fields

-At least 5 years of experience in PR and marketing is required

-Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management

-Possess the ability to keep information confidential

-Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail

-Having a great communication network

-Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours

-Must be a confident communicator and presenter

-Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills

-Full understanding of media needs and media relationships to develop new business opportunities

-Excellent presentation skills

-Excellent Negotiation skills
