شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a paid acquisition lead to join us. At this position, you will manage one of the largest google ads budget in Iran and have the opportunity to make an impact by improving the processes and results. You work with business and product owners to deliver excellent results in Alibaba as the leader of travel market in Iran.   • Handling the whole process of paid search from automated setup and update to optimization and reporting
  • Prioritizing and organizing projects and tasks for paid acquisition team
  • Managing cross-functional A/B tests on landing pages to increase CR
  • Finding the opportunities to do A/B tests and get more orders by the same budget
  • Maintaining the reporting infrastructure and implementing changes to generate better insights from data
  • Analyzing performance data to get actionable insights and communicating with business managers
  • Generating leads for Alibaba Mega Campaigns using Display/Discovery Ads
  • Managing app install campaigns in app stores
  • Managing tracking infrastructure (GA4 and Adtrace + Google Ads Conversion Tags) and initiating necessary changes with the help of other teams
  • Researching on best practices and new trends
  • Hiring and coaching new team members.
Requirements:

  • Solid experience with google ads is a must (search / display)
  • Great problem-solving skills and a keen eye for details and creative solutions
  • Great project and time management skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and agile in the face of changes and challenges
  • Ability to organize recurring and adhoc tasks and different projects for the team
  • Expertise with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio is a must.
  • Familiar with automation solutions like Google Ads scripts and ideally Google Apps Script
  • Knowledge of analysis tools like Python and tableau is an advantage
